In case you're not familiar, the Concours d'LeMons was recently described by our own Frank Markus as, "a refuge available where even Thousandaires rolling rented Sebrings can walk smugly among the car-world's hoi polloi feeling all superior 'n stuff." Long story short, it's a show for $500 cars. As the founders told me upon arrival, "The Concours d'LeMons is put on to counter the uppercrust, privileged attitude that is induced by arriving at Monterey Auto Week in a Bentley." Point being, you'd have to be a pretty big jerk to bring a car to Concours d'LeMons worth several times more than all the other vehicles present, combined. Hi Mom. Here's the thing, however. As an automotive journalist, I'm only playing rich with a borrowed Bentley. Still, I did get a C in theater class back in the 10th grade. Or was that a D? Either way, I began psyching myself up on the ride down to Toro Park by chanting in my most ridiculous British accent, "Ding dong old chap! The Dusseldorf-based customization expert took off the wraps on its latest creation, a stunningly refined Bentley GT Speed Elegance edition. Amazingly dazzling straight from the assembly line, the luxury performance beast now strikes with even bolder, neater and more unique livery further blended with boosted output figures.
The Anderson Bentley GT Speed package ups the power output of the 610 hp engine to an even more serious 695 hp. To get the extra power, the Anderson Bentley GT Speed program includes an ECU re-map, a modified air filter and a new exhaust system which sheds 17 kg off the total weight of the Continental. The new exhaust system of the Anderson Bentley GT Speed has another party trick in the form of a remote-controlled valve that can be set of three different sound levels.
The GT Speed Elegance edition features an exterior package consisting of a carbon fiber bonnet, air intakes and the deck lid, a front apron, a set of side skirts, and a rear skirt. The interior gets decor strips, while the front and rear center console get some carbon fiber treatment. Black leather seats with white logo stitching make for a nice comfortable ride, too.
In the interior, the decor strips, the front and rear center console including ashtray and the interior light are also made of the carbon material. Passenger seats are trimmed with black leather and white logo stitching.

Bentleys have always had a reputation for being powerful cars, but as opposed to the Lamborghinis and Ferraris of this world they're also known for being reliable, durable and possessing an almost rugged look when compared to other top cars. They're not like the tiny, sleek, fragile Italian cars. They are beasts.
Because of this, they were referred to as "the world's fastest lorries" in the 1920s by Bugatti, who were their main competitors on the racing circuit at the time. Although Bentley have certainly come a long way and passed from one owner to another a few times, they've stuck by these design decisions to become the cars they are today.
After Volkswagen took over they dramatically increased and modernised the production of Bentleys, increasing the amount that were produced each year. Rather than harming Bentley's reputation as an exclusive car, the increased production brought them back into the eye of the public as one of the luxury car brands. They also became popular with footballers, driving them even further into the limelight. In fact, demand was so large that the Crewe-based factory couldn't keep up, and some of the work had to be moved to Germany temporarily.
Production of four seat convertible models also helped them further, keeping the Bentley image of durability but combining their reputation for making great larger cars with the fashionable convertible models that had proved so popular in recent years.
The manufacturer also presented Queen Elizabeth II with an official state limousine for her Golden Jubilee. The car is now used for official travel to engagements or meetings and to ferry her to and from church whilst she's staying in Balmoral Castle in Scotland or Sandringham House in Norfolk. There's also a special hood ornament which depicts St George slaying the dragon that replaces the flying B seen on other Bentleys whilst the Queen is on board.
Through investment, increasing production and gaining attention through acts like creating a state limousine, Bentley have managed to storm back onto the front line of luxury automobiles in the last decade and have created a wide range of quality cars since then. By recognising what made them popular in the first place and capitalising on that in an age of small, sleek cars, they've really come back to the forecourt.

The British carmaker Bentley, owned by Volkswagen Group had displayed a W16 powered super sports cars at the Geneva Motor show. The project was conceived as a virtual mid-engined successor to the 1999 Hunaudieres Concept. The front end of this vehicle features an aggressive front splitter and air intake set up to emulate the F22 Jet and is characterized by the trademark Bentley domed grill and twin circular headlights.
The Bentley Silver Wings Concept also features a raised beltline and diminishing character lines that help define the supercar embodiment of this concept and elongate the rear-end of this vehicle. This really is the Bentley of supercars...
Dubbed the Bentley Sport Cars Bentley Silver Wings Concept, the concept is inspired by the brand’s racing heritage as well as the F22 Raptor jet fighter. Bentley Silver Wings Concept is the usual hodgepodge of design elements from Aston Martin, Zonda, Saleen and Bentley of course, but it still has a certain charm about it.

The Silver Wing concept car uses a harmonious mix between mid-engine layout and aggressive design cues. Shawn Wood and Guohua Cheng are two industrial designers recently graduated from the Industrial Design course at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts (TAFA), China. They are two college kids from China have come up with something that will blow your mind completely. The W16 display car, which was a concept called the Hunaudières had a cab-forward design with sleek looks and was done up in British Racing Green. The concept cars had more chrome than Ludacris’ Escalade.
