It's been a quiet week on the KH125 front as I have been out of the country for most of it. When I got home I had some bits and pieces waiting for me. First was this original sales brochure from 1984. It hasn't worn too badly over time.
Before I left the UK I put my bottom yoke in the house in order for the paint to dry properly. I wasn't totally happy with the finish so I gave it a quick sand and then another coat of paint. My replacement KH125 seat turned up in the post as well. I am really chuffed with this as it's an original seat with barely any wear. The underside could do with a wire brushing and then a paint but the actual seat cover is in great condition. The fact the seat was only £20 off ebay makes it even better!
I gave the bracket that bolts into the bottom yoke a coat of primer too.
I started to refurb the bottom yoke bolts and I also gave the underside a coat of paint too.
I have started to dismantle the brake caliper in order to clean it up.
